Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
Capitel Croce Veneto IGT is one of the most identifying labels of the Anselmi winery, a historic winery in the province of Verona. The enhancement of the uniqueness of this territory is reflected in the choice to favor native vines, such as Garganega, present in this wine for 90%. The remaining 10% is obtained from Chardonnay grapes which, in the vineyards owned by the company, find the ideal conditions for perfect maturation. In the vineyard, human intervention is limited to a minimum, with a view to preserving the varietal notes. Following a careful traditional winemaking process, the wine is left to mature for a period of eight months in Allier oak barriques on the first passage. After bottling, Capitel Croce Veneto IGT is left to rest for a further nine months in the bottle. The result is a persistent white rich in sensory nuances, which surprise the nose and the moment of tasting. This wine can be left to evolve further in the cellar for up to ten years.
