'Casal di Serra' Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore Umani Ronchi 2020

The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore Casal di Serra white wine from the Umani Ronchi winery is obtained using only Verdiccihio grapes. The Marche hills are the ideal place for the cultivation of this vine thanks to the clayey and calcareous nature of the soil. The good climatic conditions are the corollary for obtaining grapes of delicious quality. For over 50 years this winery has been promoting local products, respecting production traditions and always remaining attentive to technological innovations. The production cycle of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore Casal di Serra wine includes, after the harvest, a light pressing of the grapes with skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation then takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, before final refinement in the bottle. The wine obtained has a medium structure, fresh and savory, with light aromatic and fruity veins. Ideal to combine with local cuisine and as an aperitif.
