Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
Cavagino Vermentino Colli di Luni DOC is a wine produced in the Lunae Bosoni winery. The company is consecrated as a point of reference in the Ligurian wine scene, thanks to the quality of the bottles produced for about 50 years. The grapes come from the Vermentino vines, exposed on the hills to the south-east where the soils are rich in skeleton and pebbles. The harvest takes place in mid-September through the manual collection of the best bunches. This is followed by cold maceration on the skins for 48 hours, while the subsequent fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 60% and in barriques for the remainder. The wine needs to rest further in steel tanks for a few months before being bottled. Cavagino Vermentino Colli di Luni DOC is an enveloping and velvety wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can also rest in the cellar for 3 or 4 years.
