The CCC Timorasso Daniele Ricci DOC is a product of the Daniele Ricci winery of the same name located in the prosperous wine-growing area of Piedmont. Yours is a young company, aimed at continuous experimentation and which in a short time has managed to spread its originality and mastery, enthralling a large number of admirers. The climate of the area is temperate, sub-continental. The maceration of the grapes takes place on the skins, while the refinement takes place in large wooden barrels, for over 60 months without the aid of yeasts. The producer's philosophy is based on the principle of respect for the vine, so let nature take its course. The CCC Timorasso Daniele Ricci DOC is a well-structured and intense white wine, which is suitable for immediate drinking, but thanks to its qualities, it could evolve over time, for a few years, if stored correctly.
