Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured rosé wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC is a product of the Fattoria La Valentina, located in Spoltore, not far from Pescara. The wine in question, so named for its peculiar cherry scent, is an authentic symbol of the company and the territory in which it is located. In fact, only Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes are used: this vine is native to the area and fully represents its winemaking tradition. Elegant and delicate, Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC is a fresh rosé, with a medium body and an extraordinarily balanced bouquet. On the whole, it is a very fine wine, but not for this reason endowed with less personality. The cultivation of the vineyards takes place according to the organic method, a factor that demonstrates the desire for innovation and growth of the cellar. The manual harvest is followed by an 18-hour maceration, responsible for the peculiar color of the Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC; after the draining of the must, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The result is a unique product, distinguished by the genuineness of artisanal wines.
