Chablis Premier Cru Troesmes is a fine label from the Le Domaine d'Henri winery, a legendary Burgundy winery since the 1600s. Over the generations, the company has kept the largest percentage of Grand Cru Chablis vineyards, a vine that here expresses itself at its best. Today the plots are cultivated according to the best practices of organic agriculture, with a view to preserving the characteristics of the grapes. The soil on which the vineyards are located is rich in limestone and marl, two elements that allow the grapes to acquire unique scents. Following a manual harvest, the process in the cellar begins with a first traditional maceration of the grapes, followed by fermentation in steel.
