Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The Domaine Laroche Chablis Les Chanoines white wine from the Domaine Laroche winery is obtained from the exclusive use of Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards are located in the heart of Burgundy, and precisely in Chablis, a wine area of excellence in the world for Chardonnay; they ensure a quality production thanks to the perfect mix between microclimate and soil structure. A winery with a great tradition, for several years it has been supplying excellent products by perfectly combining respect for the territory, the use of artisan traditions and the search for technological innovation. The production of the Domaine Laroche Chablis Laroche Les Chanoines wine starts with the harvest, done by hand, and only with the very ripe bunches. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for a short period and then matures in steel tanks, on fine lees and with aging in the bottle. In this way an elegant and refined wine is obtained, harmonious and balanced, characterized by an excellent persistence which lends itself to being consumed both as an aperitif and to accompany a dinner.
