The Vallée d'Aoste Chambave DOC is a commendable proposal from the La Crotta di Vegneron cooperative society, an important production company located in a small village in the province of Aosta. This wine is an excellent red that embodies every expressive characteristic of the vine of origin. The label was born from a winemaking process that respects the mountain environment and the local winemaking tradition. A great terroir wine that cannot be missing on the table and in the cellar, the result of a blend composed of Petit Rouge (70%) and other traditional and international vines (30%), the result of vines grown mainly in the countryside of the municipality of Chambave, of that of Saint-Denis, of Saint-Vincent and others. After a careful harvest, the grapes are transported to the cellar, where they first undergo the maceration process, then the fermentation in steel. Subsequently, the Vallée d'Aoste Chambave DOC ages for 6 months in steel. The result is a fruity and elegant red. A label with a dry and intense sip, for a very delicate wine with a good structure.
