Champagne AOC Brut de Blancs is an intense proposal for all bubble lovers, made by the Ayala winery. The particularity of the sparkling wine lies in its assembly, given that it is made in exceptional years and only from the best vineyards of the domaine. The vineyards are located in the famous Côte des Blancs, one of the most appreciated wine-growing areas in the world. At the base of the champagne there is a 100% Chardonnay blend, the best bunches of which are selected manually during the harvest. The vinification follows the classic procedure in white, with the second fermentation carried out directly in the bottle. The refermentation in glass is carried out according to the famous champenoise method, which involves the introduction of selected yeasts. The wine is therefore left to age for 6 years on them, fully developing all its qualities, complexity and finesse. Champagne AOC Brut de Blancs is superb for a dinner or for an important occasion.
