Champagne Brut AOC Icone Cattier

The Brut Icône Cattier is a champagne produced with different Crus, blended with 40% reserve wines. Pinot Meunier makes up 50% of the blend, followed by 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. A generous champagne full of vitality, where power and finesse identify its complex and balanced character.

At sight it is pale gold with a fine and persistent bubble, on the nose immediately rich and full-bodied hints of pastry which subsequently give way to notes of pear, followed by black cherry and blackberry, to finally close with dried apricot and hazelnut. The sip immediately gives us fresh aromas of grapefruit, lemon and ginger which gradually give way to more delicate notes of cherry, pear, mirabelle and apricot, therefore a discreet complexity accompanied by a pleasant and decisive acidity.
