Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs is produced by the Charles Heidsieck winery, which is one of the most appreciated realities in the Reims area. It is obtained from the vinification of only Chardonnay grapes as required by the Blanc de Blancs style. On the vineyards located between Oger and Vertus the vines find ideal conditions thanks to the substrate which stands out for its unique mineral composition. When they reach full maturity, the bunches are selected by hand and taken to the cellar. Here the grapes are left to ferment in steel tanks, where the malolactic fermentation also takes place. This is followed by the second fermentation in the bottle typical of the Champenoise method, during which the wine ages on the fine lees for 4 years. A minimum quantity of dosing syrup is added to the disgorgement. Perfect right away, Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs can be enjoyed with satisfaction even after 3-4 years of further evolution.
