Recommended glass

Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Among the leading products of the Champagne region, a French area renowned for the production of some of the best wines in the world, we must undoubtedly mention the Champagne AOC Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Crù from the Legras et Haas winery. The transalpine Maison, born from the idea of three brothers, Rémi, Olivier and Jérome Legras, will blow out 30 candles next year; its mission is the pursuit of authenticity and quality of products. The region, despite the risk of some Atlantic frosts, boasts a humid climate and rainfall distributed throughout the year. For the production of Champagne AOC Brut Blanc de Blancs Gran Crù , 100% Chardonnay grapes are used. Fermentation takes place for 7 months in steel tanks, followed by refermentation in the bottle according to the classic method, and aging on the lees for 36 months. It is certainly a ready-to-drink champagne, of great finesse and elegance, but which can be kept in the cellar for a few years, keeping its qualities unaltered.
