Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
The Champagne Brut Reserve is made by the Leclerc Briant maison, a production company with a long and consolidated family tradition. It is the fruit of a blend featuring Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, respectively present for 40%. The remaining 20% of Chardonnay grapes are added to these fine vines, for a particularly balanced final result. The different varieties are grown in a biodynamic regime in the vineyards of Epernay, Verneuil, Cumières and Cramant Cuvée. The harvest involves the careful selection of the best bunches which are then transported to the cellar, gently pressed and subjected to a first spontaneous fermentation. The second fermentation in the bottle foreseen by the Champenoise Method allows the wine to age on the lees for at least two years. At the time of disgorgement, a small quantity of "dosage liquid" is added. Champagne Brut Reserve can be appreciated immediately, even if its aging potential lends itself to long evolutions that exceed 7 years.
