Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
In the heart of the renowned French wine-growing area, the Rosè De Sousa Brut champagne is born by the homonymous cellar. The De Sousa company is located in Avise, one of the most important enological realities in the Champagne area. Organic cultivation has made the cellar even more interesting and in demand. The grapes come from the classic Chardonnay and Pinot vines, favored by the subsoil rich in limestone, gypsum and marl and by the particularly favorable climate for grape cultivation. After the harvest and fermentation, we proceed with the refinement. The second fermentation takes place in the bottles according to the Champenoise method with about 30 months of permanence on the lees. Rosè De Souza Brut is an enveloping, fresh, balanced wine with a pleasant taste, perfect for immediate drinking, but which can rest in the cellar for up to 3 or 4 years, thanks to its longevity.
