Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Champagne Brut Rosé Reserve is produced by the French winery Charles Heidsieck . This label is the result of a blend that includes Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a minimal addition of Pinot Meunier grapes. The three typical varieties of the appellation are grown at the foot of the Reims massif. Here the soils boast a unique mineral composition, by virtue of which the grapes acquire a remarkable finesse. Once ripe, the bunches are carefully selected for transport to the cellar, where the first alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks. After the addition of a small percentage of Pinot Noir, vinified in red, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle in line with the Champenoise Method. The wine ages on the lees for 48 months before disgorgement with the addition of a little dosing syrup. Champagne Brut Rosé Reserve can give pleasant sensations immediately, as well as after a couple of years of further evolution.
