Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

Champagne Rosé Brut 'Vintage' is a particularly intense rosé, produced by the Pol Roger cellars. The maison, particularly loved by Winston Churchill, is located in the municipality of Epernay, in that region of France, Champagne, dedicated to winemaking for centuries. This sparkling wine is mainly made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to obtain an irresistible mix of freshness and structure. This rosé is a vintage champagne, therefore produced with the best grapes of the specific reference year, coming from highly prestigious vineyards in the Reims area, partly called 'Grand Crù'. Compared to many other champagnes, the maturation of Rosè Brut 'Vintage' takes place cold in stainless steel tanks: after this process, the wine ages on the lees and is aged in the cellar for 7 years before being put on the market. These factors give us a structured champagne, certainly evolved, with an intense and persistent taste, great finesse and elegance!
