Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Champagne AOC Demi-sec Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is made by the French maison Le Mesnil . In line with the Blanc de Blancs style, the label is the result of the single-variety vinification of Chardonnay grapes, which are grown near Oger and in nearby villages. These areas boast very suitable lands, on which the vines can produce grapes of great elegance. Once they have reached maturity, the bunches are harvested by hand and transported to the cellar, where they are left to ferment. According to the provisions of the Champenoise Method, the aging on the lees coincides with the second fermentation in the bottle. This step takes about three years. At the time of disgorgement, the wine is topped up by adding liquer d'expédition. Champagne AOC Demi-sec Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru can be appreciated immediately, as well as after a few years of rest in the cellar.
