Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

Champagne AOC Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs is made by the French maison Philipponnat , also very renowned in Italy. Consistent with the Blanc de Noirs style, this label is derived from the exclusive vinification of Pinot Noir grapes, which are grown in the shade of the Reims mountain. The reference plots, which are classified as Premier and Grand Cru, are located near Marueil-sur-Ay. Here the vines grow luxuriantly until the manual harvest. Only the healthiest bunches reach the cellar, where they are left to ferment according to tradition. In line with the Champenoise Method, the aging on the lees coincides with the second fermentation in the bottle and lasts six years. At disgorgement, a small amount of dosing liquid is added. Champagne AOC Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs is perfect immediately, but can reserve great surprises even after a few years.
