Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Champagne AOC Le Blanc De Blancs Brut is made by the French house Lanson . The label is obtained from the vinification and sparkling process of only Chardonnay grapes. This international variety expresses itself excellently on its own vineyards near Avize, Cremant, Oiry and Oger. When the bunches have reached full maturity, they are subjected to careful manual selection in view of being transported to the cellar. Here the grapes are fermented with careful monitoring of the temperature. The must is then blended with base wines from different vintages. In line with the Champenoise Method, the wine ages on the lees during the second fermentation in the bottle, which in this case lasts 5 years. At the time of disgorgement, a small amount of liquer d'expédition is added. Champagne AOC Le Blanc De Blancs Brut can be tasted with great pleasure right away, as well as after 2-3 years of further evolution.
