Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Among the most particular and sought-after productions of the French winery Legràs & Haas we must undoubtedly include the Champagne AOC Rosé Brut . The renowned French Maison, which today has about 30 hectares of vineyards, was born thirty years ago when François Haas, together with his longtime friend, Brigitte Legràs, resumed the family winemaking tradition, founded on a deep bond with the territory. This champagne is made up of 50% Chardonnay grapes, and a smaller quantity of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes. After thermo-controlled fermentation, the Champagne AOC Rosé Brut is refermented in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, with subsequent aging on the lees for a good 36 months. It is a fresh, enveloping champagne with a fine and resistant perlage, ideal for immediate consumption, but also for good aging in the cellar.
