Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The Chante-Alouette Hermitage AOC Blanc white wine from the Chapoutier Michel winery best expresses the territory of origin. The vineyards are located in the Rhone valley, where the particular structure of the soils, rich in minerals and the good climatic conditions, ensure optimal ripening of the bunches. Marsanne grapes are used for the production of this wine, grown according to a totally organic imprint. The production of the Chante-Alouette Hermitage AOC Blanc white wine begins with a harvest done by hand which allows you to select only the best bunches. After a soft pressing, fermentation takes place, which takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by aging in barrels for about 6 months, before bottling. In this way a wine with an excellent structure is obtained, very refined, suitable for any occasion.
