'Chara' Terre Siciliane IGP Feudo Remaining 2021

Chara Terre Siciliane PGI is a fragrant white wine produced by the Feudo Disisa winery. The label is obtained from a balanced blend made up of two native varieties, Catarratto and Inzolia. The two vines lend themselves to being grown on the land located between Grisì and Monreale. Thanks to the mineral composition of the substrate and the ideal climatic conditions, the vines can develop luxuriantly. Once fully ripe, the bunches are subjected to careful manual sorting which allows only the healthiest to be harvested and to maintain a high quality standard. Fermentation involves temperature monitoring and the use of stainless steel tanks. The refinement always takes place in steel and does not last more than 6 months to then finish in the bottle, where the wine remains for a couple of months before being marketed. Chara Terre Siciliane PGI expresses itself in an excellent way shortly after bottling, when its freshness and fragrance emerge.
