Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC Elena Walch is undoubtedly a typically South Tyrolean elegant white to be sipped on any occasion, during a romantic dinner or a family lunch. Its peculiarity is the pressing of the grapes which takes place in a soft way and the subsequent controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature. A monovarietal wine of Chardonnay grapes, a vigorous vine that is well suited to the local climate. Produced south of Bolzano, in the small town of Termeno, also known for the Strada del Vino, this chardonnay has been renowned and appreciated internationally since 1988.
