Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
In Trentino, a land with a high wine-growing vocation, the Alto Adige Chardonnay Doc is born, a fine production of the Hofstatter winery. The company is one of the historic brands of the region and thanks to its style and elegance, it manages to create high quality bottles, considered among the excellences of the area. The grapes come from Chardonnay vines, located in marly soils subject to rapid heating and favored by the typically continental climate to guarantee perfect ripening of the grapes. After the manual harvest, the bunches are lightly destemmed, while the grapes undergo crushing. The must ferments in steel containers, where it ages for a few months on the finest yeasts, until bottling. Alto Adige Chardonnay Doc is a pleasant and sparkling white wine perfect for immediate drinking, but which can also evolve in the cellar for a couple of years thanks to its longevity.
