Bruno Colin's Bourgogne AOC Chardonnay is a white wine with a light and delicate body, an authentic emblem of simplicity and authenticity. The product was born in France, more precisely in the Burgundy area, where the winery aims to create unique wines with natural methods. The cultivation of the vineyards takes place on calcareous soils, in full respect of the environment, with the aim of limiting human intervention as much as possible: all this is reconciled with a company with a modern structure and equipped with cutting-edge tools . For Bourgogne AOC Chardonnay, 100% Chardonnay grapes are used, a vine defined as "international" by experts because it is cultivated and spread all over the world. The vinification takes place in steel, while French oak barriques are used for the refinement. The latter contribute to the oxygenation of the finished product and give it greater balance, both from an olfactory and gustatory point of view.
