Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The Chardonnay Merol wine from the prestigious South Tyrolean winery Sankt Michael Eppan / San Michele Appiano is an extraordinary white that is part of the Selection Line. Fruit of the vinification of 100% Chardonnay grapes, coming from vineyards grown in the Merol area. The vineyards are the real protagonists of the perfect success of this terroir white. A label with good evolution, thanks to which this wine ages in the cellar for a few years obtaining excellent results. Chardonnay Merol is a white with a more than pleasant sip, which takes shape from carefully selected grapes harvested by hand in September. The harvest is followed by fermentation, which takes place 65% in steel and the remaining 35% in wooden barrels, and the subsequent blending. At this point the wine is left to mature in large barrels for a minimum of 7 months, after which it is bottled. The result is a great white, perfectly balanced. A label with a fruity and inviting sip, for a harmonious, soft wine that emerges for its good body and its particular persistence.
