Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

An ambitious project, that of Antinori, to build a cellar in the New World, and precisely in Chile, with a territory with a very high wine vocation and therefore with high potential. Here the "international" type vines perform really well and in this label we find a shining example of it. 100% Chardonnay, the wine reflects the potential of this grape variety in the Casablanca area. The grapes from the best vineyards of the estate are harvested by hand and subjected to soft pressing. The must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks and, in part, in small French oak barrels (barriques). After a period of contact with the lees, the various lots were blended and the wine was bottled. This chardonnay expresses the harmony of citrus fruits with delicate notes of dried fruit given by the aging of oak barrels. The balance between freshness and minerality results in a long and elegant finish.
