Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Chardonnay Venezia Giulia IGT is a wine produced at the Jermann winery in Dolegna del Collio. It is one of the oldest companies in the Friuli area and produces labels of great prestige, appreciated all over the world. The grapes come from the Chardonnay vine, grown on lands exposed to South/East and South/West, composed of marl and sandstone. The breezy climate, with temperature variations from day to night, helps to give the plant greater thickness. After the manual harvest, the selected bunches are softly pressed. The free-run must undergoes fermentation in steel tanks, where it is also aged for 6 months, thus allowing the product to express itself at its best. The final stage involves bottling and placing on the market. Chardonnay Venezia Giulia IGT is an intense and soft wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can rest in the cellar for about a few years.
