Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description

The Rouge Bordeaux Barrique of Chateau Bonnet of the Andrè Lurton family comes from grapes grown on this estate, in one of the most suitable areas of France, for red wines. The family that owns the winery has been producing wine for four centuries, nurturing a true passion for the area and its wine. The terroir is among the most generous from this point of view. There are 800 hectares of vineyards, divided into 10 chateaux, each of which has a vineyard and its cellar. Chateau Bonnet is one of the most important, in relation to the land and the favorable position. The vineyards undergo the Atlantic climate without being hit by the furious sea breezes. In summer, the dry heat favors the sugar concentration in the berries, providing top quality grapes. The vinification begins with the manual harvesting of the bunches and ends in the cellar with the support of modern technologies that protect the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes. The vines used are Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot which manage to develop all their taste-olfactory component after the passage in barrique. It is opulent and full of spices, powerful both on the nose and on the palate. Pleasant, soft, intense, a true Bordeaux with an excellent quality/price ratio.
