Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Description

The Listrac-Médoc Château Clarke was born in vineyards located within the prestigious French wine region of the Medoc, in the greater Bordeaux area. It is mainly produced with Merlot grapes and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in wooden barrels, at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 14-18 months in barriques before being bottled. This Listrac-Médoc is characterized by a garnet red color and considering the years, it has an excellent appearance. The nose opens with persuasive aromas of ripe red fruit, jam and cocoa, enriched by notes of licorice and vanilla, dried fruit. On the palate it is round, delicate, notes of oxidation, but still full of verve and long persistence. Perfect to accompany red meats, including grilled ones, it is ideal in combination with furred game and aged cheeses.
