Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Description

The Chateau De Vaudieu Rouge is a perfect representative of the territory from which it originates, in the immediate vicinity of Châteuneuf Du Pape. And it is here that the properties of the Brèchet family are located: 70 hectares of vineyards from which, over the years, increasingly fine wines have been born. This great red is characterized by a monovarietal blend, being composed of 100% Grenache; a vine with a high softness, it is known by many names due to the extremely widespread cultivation in the world (Cannonau, Granaxa, Navarra). The cultivation is carried out on sandstone soils; the grapes come from very old vineyards, with very little yield and a lot of quality; the harvest is followed by a period of maceration about thirty days long and finally a period of precious aging in wooden barrels for about a year and a half. This 2015 Chateauneuf du Pape l'Avenue is truly a great wine, concentrated, offering sensational notes of strawberry jam, kirsch, mulled blackberries, grapite and exotic spices, all for a wine with structure, richness and depth and a smooth tannin . A wine highly rated by international critics (96/100 Wine Spectator), it is projected into the future as a wine of extraordinary longevity.
