Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Description

The Chateau de Vaudieu Rouge Val de Dieu is a fine red signed by the Famille Bréchet maison, of which it certainly represents one of the most prestigious wines. We are in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, the largest and most important in the south of the Rhône. This intense and very structured wine is obtained from a skilful blend of Grenache (60%), Syrah (25%) and Mourvedre (15%). In particular, the latter represents the terroir in a very faithful way and, when combined with Grenache, it manages to give wines that are certainly tannic, but truly elegant, intense and deep, full of fruit and spices. Following a careful manual selection of the grapes and a harvest that respects traditional processes, this wine is aged for over a year and a half in wooden barrels, which give it important tertiary aromas and a silky and rich. The Chateau de Vaudieu Rouge Val de Dieu is a red wine to be reserved for special occasions, particularly for an important winter evening, during which this red will warm up the atmosphere. Ideal to be enjoyed after a few years of evolution in the cellar, where it will have developed all its complex olfactory and gustatory scents.
