Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass

Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Description
Soft and harmonious, the Bargylus Red is one of the wines produced in the Domaine de Bargylus, in Lebanon, which, like the Château Marsyas, is owned by the Saade brothers. The vines are based in Syria, on the slopes of Mount Al-Ansaryah, which involves many problems of a productive nature, due to the war present in these areas. This red originates from a multi-varietal blend: it is in fact composed of 60% Syrah (an international variety with multiple names), 20% Cabernet Sauvignon (capable of adapting to the most varied climatic conditions) and 20% Merlot. The cultivation soils are clayey-limestone and the strictly manual harvest is followed by maturation in oak barrels for 12 months. The production of Bargylus Red (with the denomination Grand Vin de Syrie) is characterized by extreme attention to detail. In the end, what results is a harmonious and balanced wine, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates.
