Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass

Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description

Chianti Classico Coltibuono comes from Sangiovese grapes and complementary native grapes, grown organically and vinified in an absolutely natural way in the Badia a Coltibuono cellar. For its fruity and expressive style, for its gentle and pleasant structure, for its long history, it is considered one of the most representative wines of the Chianti Classico. In the glass we find a strong ruby red, with aromas of violets, morello cherries, tobacco and black pepper. The taste is dry, with well-balanced acidity and tannins. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity, quite warm and persistent. The taste has mineral hints, red fruit, leather and roasting aromas. The recommended serving temperature is 18°C. A great classic to discover!
