Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
The Chianti Classico Castellare di Castellina is a wine that was born from the merger of 5 estates in 1968. The lands extend for 80 hectares of vineyards in the heart of Chianti and near the village of Castellina. The geological beauty offers a natural amphitheater whose limestone and clay soil gives the particular organoleptic characteristics to the grapes which give life to intense and ample white and red wines, particularly suitable for long-term aging in the cellar. The trademark on the label is a bird that represents and bears witness to the magnificence of Tuscan nature, a well-kept and protected environment. Chianti Classico Castellare di Castellina is a typical product whose grapes are grown on the Castellare di Castellina estate, known as one of the most prestigious capable of giving birth to Chianti. The grapes are grown according to tradition, which perpetuates the myth of wine produced with Sangioveto, a local type of Sangiovese. The methods of cultivating the land and processing the grapes never follow fashion, but preserve the archaic traditions where the Tuscan roots are rooted. A still and full-bodied wine, the processing of which gives the particular organoleptic characteristics for which it is famous all over the world. Bright and shining, this garnet red is complex, deep and fascinating, with a great balance between tannin and its acidity. It absolutely gets better as the years go by.
