It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Chianti Classico DOCG is an intense and fragrant red wine produced by the Dievole winery, which faithfully interprets the characteristics of this denomination. To obtain this wine, Sangiovese grapes are mainly used, present for 90%, with the addition of Canaiolo (6%) and Colorino (4%) grapes. The vines of about twenty years of age rest on soils of marine origin, largely formed by sand and limestone. During the September harvest, the bunches are selected and then transported to the cellar. The fermentation lasts two weeks and takes place inside concrete tanks. The refinement involves the use of French oak barrels, where the wine remains for a year. This phase concludes with a period of three months in the bottle, during which the wine seals its extraordinary sensorial nuances. Chianti Classico DOCG is perfect right away, even if it can give surprises after a couple of years of rest in the cellar.
