Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description
Chianti Classico DOCG is a wine born in the San Felice cellar of Castelnuovo Berardenga. It is one of the oldest companies in the area, which still continues to reap enormous success worldwide. The grapes come from the Sangiovese vines for 80% and the remainder equally divided between Colorino and Pugnitello. The plants are located on medium-textured soils, rich in clay and skeleton and of calcareous and marly origin. The training system adopted is Guyot and spurred cordon. After the manual harvest, which takes place during the first week of September, the best grapes are selected and fermented in steel tanks for 8 days. The refinement, lasting 12 months, takes place in Slavonian oak barrels. Chianti Classico DOCG is a soft and balanced wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but can rest in the cellar for at least 3 years.
