Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Clelia Coppo VSQ Rosé Metodo Classico Brut is a sparkling wine that unmistakably represents the Piedmontese Coppo winery. It is mainly obtained from Chardonnay grapes (95%), to which a percentage of 5% of Pinot Noir grapes is added. The vineyards enjoy an optimal south-east exposure and are located on soils with a prevalence of limestone and clay. The vines are cultivated with Guyot in a very respectful way, reducing human intervention to the minimum necessary, up to the moment of the harvest. In the cellar, the winemaking process begins with a soft pressing, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks. The bottle aging on the lees lasts 24 months, while the second fermentation takes place in the traditional way. Finally, a small percentage of liquid obtained according to the "ancestral" method is added. Clelia Coppo VSQ Rosé Metodo Classico Brut is excellent to be enjoyed when young, but can evolve for a few years if well kept in the cellar.
