Tulip Goblet

Perfect goblet for Cognac: the tulip shape allows the most intense concentration of perfumes, to be smelled and deciphered in its complexity. At the same time, the distillate has a large surface area to oxygenate and thus express itself at its best.

Description

From the Jarnac Cru area, in the heart of Petite Champagne (which has nothing to do with sparkling wine) we produce this extraordinary distillate. For production, this white wine, obtained from the must, is distilled twice with the Charentais alembic: in the first batch, the brouillische is obtained which has an alcohol content of around 28°-32°, while in the second, the bonne chauffe, the distillate reaches 70-72°. After which the brandy is subjected to a period of aging in French Limousin oak barrels, with capacities ranging from 300 to 500 litres. Minimum 50 years in French oak barrels. Extraordinary. Dark amber color with intense floral aromas with a prevalence of linden flowers. In the mouth, the density of this Cognac is very broad. Notes of cinnamon, coffee and butter emerge. The finish is decidedly long and elegant.
