Cognac Coq is produced by the Jean Fillioux company, a production reality that occupies a fundamental role in the Grande Champagne area, in the Cognac area. This distillate represents a new version of the classic expressions for which this French region is known. It is in fact obtained from the blending of various spirits, subjected to three, maximum four years of aging, in wooden barrels. This particular process has some advantages, certainly including the fact that it is highly drinkable. Thanks to this distinctive feature, it is particularly versatile, as it can be enjoyed both pure and as a base for excellent long drinks. In fact, this cognac represents one of the most valid ingredients as regards the composition of unique cocktails, to which it adds interesting scents such as linden flowers. When enjoyed alone, Jean Fillioux's Cognac Coq is ideal for a glass after dinner or to best conclude a convivial evening.
