Cognac Peyrot XO is an excellent distillate coming from the well-known Peyrot distillery, an established company located in the New Aquitaine region, more precisely in the municipality of Jarnac, in France. The philosophy of life of the Maison Peyrot is based on two principles: cultivating the vineyard with passion and above all respecting it, elements that will be reflected in this refined and prestigious Cognac. The basic material used for the production of this cognac is given by the delicious white berried grapes of the vineyards of the Jarnac area. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and then distillation takes place, which takes place through the use of small copper boilers which allows the end of this ancient method of distillation to take place. After more than 25 years of aging it acquires an inimitable amber-gold color and a complex, rich and bewitching bouquet. On the palate, notes of vanilla and nuts are perceived; the finish is overbearing, involving and enchanting. A truly extraordinary cognac!
