Cognac 'Selection Grande Fine Champagne' Peyrot 70 Cl

Cognac Peyrot Selection is a distillate from the Peyrot distillery, an established company located in the New Aquitaine region, more precisely in the municipality of Jarnac, in France. The philosophy of life of the Maison Peyrot is based on two principles: cultivating the vineyard with passion and above all respecting it. The raw material used for the production of this cognac is given by the delicious white berried grapes of the vineyards of the Jarnac area. Once the grapes have been harvested, they are pressed to then move on to the delicate distillation procedure, which will have the peculiar characteristic of taking place twice using the traditional method, with the so-called alembic. Subsequently, the Cognac Peyrot Selection will rest for at least six years in wooden barrels. Elements that make Peyrot Selection Cognac an excellent product: its roundness and its enveloping being give great satisfaction. On the palate it is soft and has a perfect balance between alcohol.
