Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description
The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Col del Forno Rive di Refrontolo is a product of the Andreola house, belonging to the Rive Selection line of the winery. It is a prosecco with a strong but at the same time fresh character, which often brings together the tastes of all the diners. The grapes for the production of this sparkling wine are harvested directly from the vineyards located on the hills of Refrontolo, a municipality in the Treviso area. More specifically, these are Glera grapes, selected only by hand. The careful and scrupulous harvesting is followed by the classic vinification and sparkling processes. The latter follows the characteristic methods of the Charmat method, which provides for a vinification lasting about 40 days, and a subsequent refinement of at least three months. Only after these steps is the sparkling wine marketed. The hilly areas of the Treviso area offer a mild climate and fertile soils, and these are the characteristics that best lend themselves to making the notes of this sparkling wine unmistakable, which boasts the Venetian tradition. The excellent quality standards have meant that the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Col del Forno Rive di Refrontolo was awarded recognitions in the Veronelli and Luca Maroni guides.
