'Coldebliss' Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali DOC La Tunella 2021

Coldebliss Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali DOC is a white wine made by the La Tunella winery. The label is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native variety that expresses itself in an excellent way on the hills of the denomination. From soils that boast a unique mineral profile, locally called ponca, the vines draw great nourishment. Once fully ripe, the best grapes are selected by hand during the harvest. In the cellar there is a cold maceration lasting three days, followed by alcoholic fermentation in wooden vats. For the refinement, the company focuses on the use of large Slavonian oak barrels, where the wine rests for a year and three months, acquiring complex scents. Coldebliss Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali DOC is an excellent white immediately, which manages to pleasantly surprise even after a couple of years of further evolution.
