Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
ColleMassari Montecucco Rosso Riserva DOC is a red wine produced at the ColleMassari winery of the same name. The company, located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, has been synonymous with quality and prestige for years. The grapes come from the Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo and Cabernet vines, which, thanks to the typically Mediterranean climate and clayey and calcareous soil, are able to express themselves at their best in this territory. The harvest and the harvest take place rigorously by hand towards the end of September and the beginning of October, with carefully selected bunches. The fermentation of the must lasts about 40 days in stainless steel tanks, the vinification is always carried out in steel and the wine is left to mature for 18 months in tonneaux and barriques, both new and 2nd and 3rd passage. the final phase involves a short refinement in the bottle. ColleMassari Montecucco Rosso Riserva DOC is a well-structured wine with an intense color and flavour, with good longevity, so much so that it can rest in the cellar for over 5 years.
