Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

Chianti Colli Fiorentini, like Chianti Montespertoli, also falls within the 7 sub-zones that distinguish the Chianti area. Ancient and very extensive denomination as it includes the hills located to the south, east and west of Florence and part of the Valdarno and Valdelsa. Top product, as in addition to coming from late harvested grapes, the wine obtained undergoes a further period of aging in wood of at least 12 months. In this way its characteristics are enhanced which make it one of the most appreciated wines. Intense ruby red color, the nose is distinctly fruity accompanied by a subtle hint of toast that enhances its finesse and elegance. In the mouth it is broad and persistent with notes of vanilla and toasted, with soft tannins deriving from an adequate choice of wood. It goes very well with tasty red meats such as the classic Florentine steak and game. Wine of high longevity due to its permanence in the bottle.
