Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

An evocative name that refers to an imaginary made up of passion, style and light-heartedness. States of mind that the new "non-dosed" from Monte Rossa promises to give to those who choose it. However, without forgetting its origins: the word "Coupé" derives in fact from the French verb couper translated to cut, a concept that in oenology is condensed in the term Cuvée. In the glass we find it straw yellow, bright and with reflections of lime peel to the eye , the Coupé on the nose gives off a soft scent with hints of elderflower and white peach. It evolves in the glass, revealing vegetal and marine touches with a fresh almond finish. On the palate the contrast between the creaminess and the balance of the perlage is striking with the "scudisciante" freshness, in the finish it is sapid and balsamic. The 1.5 l Magnum format is optimal for perfect aging, but also to satisfy a large number of quality "thirsty" guests!
