It is made only from Chenin Blanc grapes, a vine that expresses itself on fine and excellent in this territory. The Loire valley, in fact, is the ideal context to wisely cultivate these grapes, on vines that arise in a special plot, originally belonging to the Domaine du Petit Tresor. After a careful manual harvest, the grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature. The most important phase, namely the refinement, takes place in aged oak barrels, using a technique that has remained unchanged over the years and which best interprets tradition.
