Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
In a glass of Cuveé Blanche Trento Brut DOC there is all the essence of the terroir from which it comes. Produced by Letrari in the vineyards of Vallagarina, in Trentino, an area that confirms its high wine-growing vocation with the production of excellently structured sparkling wines, the Cuveé Blanche Trento Brut DOC owes its elegance and delicacy to the Classic Method (or Champenoise) used by the Letrari company. After the first fermentation at a controlled temperature, it is refermented in the bottle. A sparkling wine made with only Chardonnay grapes grown on hilly terrain, exposed to the sun and well ventilated, with an ideal temperate microclimate. Manual harvest for this excellent cuvée, light pressing and vinification in the modern Rovereto cellar of the historic Trentino company. On the nose it expresses aromas of yellow pulp fruit and citrus fruits. On the palate it is fresh, tasty, ready to drink. A ready-to-drink sparkling wine, light and informal, to be uncorked to accompany pleasant and convivial moments.
