Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

The Spumante Brut "Cuvée dei Frati" is a product signed Ca' dei frati and is presented, in its elegance, as a complex and inimitable sensory explosion. The vines from which Turbiana grapes originate are located between Sirmione and Desenzano del Garda which, together with a smaller percentage of Chardonnay grapes (about 10%), make up the Brut Cuvèe dei Frati sparkling wine. After a careful selection of the best bunches, a first fermentation takes place both in steel and in oak. There is then a second long fermentation in the bottle, which requires a rest on the lees for at least 24 months. Finally, this precious Classic Method is left to rest for a further 4 months in the bottle. The soft and creamy characteristic notes, with pleasant biscuity returns, owe their goodness to the proximity of the land of origin to Lake Garda, which thanks to the typical fresh breezes, gives unparalleled benefits to this sparkling wine which is among the most loved Bruts of Italy.
